Machined from solid aluminium bar, Electropar's non tension reducing links have a solid centre making them the ideal joint for conductors of either the same or dissimilar metals, and of the same or dissimilar diameters in non-tension applications. They are available to suit all metric conductors, named conductors and for stranded or solid aluminium conductors.
Non tension reducing links are prefilled with EP Uniseal compound for aluminium conductors and EP Jointseal for copper conductors, capped, individually labelled and sealed in plastic packs. Crimping can be done with conventional hexagonal aluminium AF dies. Peg dies should be used when joining solid aluminium conductors.
