Copper Non Tension Transition Joints AU

Designed forjointing circular aluminium conductors where a transition to or from copper is being made, Electropar's friction welded bimetal joints are available to suit all named and metric stranded or solid aluminium conductors. Bimetal joints are the best means of joining aluminium and copper conductors.

Bimetal joints are pre-filled with EP Uniseal compound for aluminium conductors and EP Jointseal for copper conductors, capped, individually labelled and sealed in plastic packs. Crimping can be done with conventional hexagonal aluminium AF and copper CDCU/AF dies. Peg dies should be used when joining solid aluminium conductors.
