C = Basic Cabinet comes with Cabinet Frame, Front Mounting Rails, Top Panel and
2 Side Panels.

CC = Complete Cabinet comes with Cabinet Frame, Front Mounting Rails, Top Panel, 2 Side Panels, Rear Mounting Rails, Front Acrylic Door and Steel Rear Door.

26" cabinet is designed to accommodate 19" rack mounting or a combination of
19" and 26".

FRAME MATERIAL AND CONSTRUCTION:
Rack Technologies Free Standing Cabinet Frames are constructed from extrusions made from corrosion resistant aluminium (6060T5) produced to Australian Standard AS1866. The extrusion is pressed fitted to solid cast aluminium corners (AE401) and finished in a grey nurse texture (961-37543) powder coat to Australian Standards AS3715. In addition, every joint is positively locked together with six counter sunk screws. All screws are located on the non-visual faces of the cabinet and are concealed by the top and side panels to ensure security. All Rack Technologies components are zinc phosphate treated prior to the application of the powder coat. Floor Cabinets are available in 19”mounting (625mm external width) & 26” mounting (805mm external width).

SIDE & TOP PANELS:?
Side panels feature quick release clips. Side panels are lockable and have lower ventilation slots as standard features and sit flush with the cabinet. Top panels are made with provision for two or four fan configurations and come with three electrical knockouts and sit internally flush. Fans can also be retro fitted. Both components are made from 1.2mm steel and powder coated.

DOORS:?
Doors are made from 1.6mm steel and are powder coated. For viewing equipment 4.5mm tinted acrylic is fitted to the inside with industrial adhesive. Four styles of doors are available being Acrylic, Steel, Vented Acrylic and Steel Perforated. All styles of doors are available in different locking configurations being three-point lock or with Bi-Locks. All are easily removable without the use of any tools. Doors sit flush and secure within the cabinet frame with concealed quick release hinges for extra security and can be hung left or right.

MOUNTING RAILS:
Both styles of mounting rails L-Rail and S-Rail are fully adjustable to suit most applications. L-Rails are moveable in 1mm increments to suit special needs and are specially designed for accommodation of servers. S-Rails are movable in 10mm increments. Both rails are very user friendly and able to be moved with the use of a phillips head screwdriver. RU mounting holes are 9.5mm square and are designed for M6 cagenuts, and are constructed from 1.6mm zinc annealed steel.
